Our manual sealers rapidly seal PE bags and all thermoplastics including Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP), with zero preheating required.

Depending on the model, they can seal films up to 500mm wide and 10 mil thick. An indicator light signals the end of heating cycle and completed seal. Once the timer is set, the machine consistently produces flat, airtight and watertight seals.

Daily output reaches around 1,000 seals per unit. This impulse sealer works with a wide range of materials: PE, Saran, Nylon, PVC, PP, Kel-F, Mylar, Polyflex, PU and PVA film.

User-friendly operation, no preheating needed: simply place the film or bag between the sealing arms, press down, and release once the sealing cycle finishes.
